This massage focuses on a more structural session that weaves in modalities to cleanse your energetic field, assess your physical imbalances thoroughly, massage through myofascial release and deep tissue with stretching, foam rolling & deep breathing. This massage will aid injury recovery and relief from chronic pain, leaving you feeling looser with more mobility in the body.

Hosting a retreat? You get the group together and I will set up the healing sanctuary on site and help your guests reconnect to their own energies while integrating the retreat experience!

How it works:

Designate a private or quiet space to provide private massage healing sessions. Before retreat, I will send you a sign-up sheet with days and times in alignment with your retreat schedule. You send to your guests and they sign up directly with me. You can either include their massages in their retreat price, or have it as an add on!

I will arrive to retreat site about 3 hours before first massage to scope out space and set up a custom sanctuary space with lighting, drapery, earthen elements, alter, ambiance & nurturing energy.

Minimum 5 massage sign-ups, this can include retreat hosts or staff! Preference of 3-4 massages per day.

Seashell Guasha Facial Massage

*Using a smooth seashell from the Pacific ocean I will do gentle, dry muscle scraping to loosen fascia, reduce puffiness, and increase circulation in the face. Then, I will use oils with the seashell and hands to nourish you with soothing facial massage. I am trained to perform therapeutic internal massage on the jaw if needed, or suffering from TMJ disorder.
