I came in with neck and back pain I’ve had going on for a week or so..really felt like she got into the root of it while thoughtfully addressing each little kink I had going on in my body. Unlike basic massage, it felt like a combo of reflexology, deep tissue, pressure points, with stretching mixed in. All of which pinpointed and alleviated the pain.
